Ordering
Yes. We practice Same Day Delivery. If you make a purchase before 2pm, you will receive your order on the day of your purchase. If you make a purchase after 2pm, you will receive your order on the next day except if you make a purchase on Saturday after 2pm, you will receive your gelato on Monday instead of Sunday.
Currently, we do not have the self pick-up option.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with your order details. Please make sure to check your Spam or Junk Folder if you haven’t see the order confirmation email on your mailbox. Alternatively, you can also check your order and delivery status on our website order tracking page. Remember to log in before attempting the check.
You can track your order on our website’s Track My Order page. Our rider will also contact you in advance before delivery.

Yes, we do! We provide free delivery on all orders above RM99! Just key in the promo code FREEDY upon checkout. Free delivery is only valid for orders with Pints and Minicups.
We deliver to selected areas in Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) only. If your area is not included in the delivery coverage, drop us an email here and we’ll see what we can do to help you!

We deliver from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
There is a RM10 standard delivery fee for all orders below RM99. If your order comes up to RM99 and above on a single transaction, you are entitled for a free delivery. Key in the promo code FREEDY and you’ll get a free delivery! Should the delivery to the specified delivery address failed and the receiver is uncontactable, an additional fee of RM10 will be charged for redelivery.
Yes. Please get in touch with us via our whatsapp as soon as possible. If the couriers have already picked up your order, there will be an additional RM10 delivery charge for the redelivery.
Yes, the tax receipt is enclosed together with the purchase. The receipt will also be sent to the purchaser’s email. Additionally, the same receipt can be found in the purchaser’s Wolf Gelato membership account.

We are currently applying for the Halal Certificate, but please be rest assured that all of the ingredients we used are 100% meat free and natural.
Our gelatos come in 2 sizes:-
1. Pint (400ml) – Weighs between 320gm to 325gm
2. Minicups (100ml) – Weighs between 80gm to 85gm
Every flavours will have a different weight due to the different ingredients they are made from.

All allergens are under the product details. Just click on the specific gelato on the webpage to see if it contains dairy, soy, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts or eggs. However, all our products may contain traces of allergens that may not be listed under product details as they are produced and served using common equipment.
All our gelato pints and minicups MUST be stored in the freezer, not the refrigerator. Otherwise, the gelatos will melt. We would both be sad if you didn’t get the chance to enjoy it.
